Training
Deltatechniek attaches a lot of importance to the development of the internal organisation. Only when the company’s own operational management runs efficiently can an external assignment be carried out optimally.
One of the priority areas here is training. Our project staff at the office as well as our staff on the shop floor have a great deal of knowledge of the installations. This knowledge is regularly updated. Particularly when there are new developments the staff need to be well aware of them so they can apply them in practice.
Deltatechniek has been designated asa recognised training company. We give students the opportunity to get to know our field by exploratorywork placements. Students from vocational training courses can also do final examsaimed at practical vocational training. We make agreements with the school for this.
After a student leaves school and joins Deltatechniek it is also possible to have additionaltraining. Our own trainer can put together a personal training plan together with the new employee.
Deltatechniek enables employees to work on their personal development and expertise. This is pleasant for them as well as for our clients .
